CPI Training is designed to equip educators and staff with essential skills to manage and de-escalate crises effectively. Participants will learn strategies for preventing crises, recognizing early warning signs, and using safe, non-violent intervention techniques. The training focuses on fostering a safe and supportive environment while addressing challenging behaviors and ensuring the well-being of both students and staff. Training outcomes include: recognize early warning signs and employ strategies to prevent crises, learn and apply non-violent methods for de-escalating and managing crises, and contribute to a safer and more supportive environment for students and staff.
