| Dottie Rittmann is a wonderfully personable, reliable, and hardworking Paraeducator for the Colusa County SELPA. She does an incredible job supporting and keeping students accountable in her flexibility to meet individual student needs. Dottie has shown amazing dedication and support to our students, families, and staff for over 20 years. She is always willing to help staff and students outside of her normal job duties and responsibilities throughout the school year, and into the extended school year. Her extraordinary efforts do not go unnoticed, and the Special Education Local Plan Area greatly appreciates all that she does. |
| Lisa’s dedication to her craft in Payroll is unmatched, and she strives for accuracy with every pay period. One of the best parts about Lisa is that she’s humble, and when she finds something that’s wrong she finds the problem and then finds a way to fix it regardless of where the error originated. She keeps our people paid and happy. Outside of her job duties, Lisa is one of the most kind-hearted and giving people. She’s first to organize flowers when someone is down, or suggest surprise events to celebrate when someone is up. She’s just the best, and CCOE staff appreciate working with her every day. |
