Angela Fulcher is up before dawn and “at the ready” to make sure Colusa County students receive healthy and nutritious meals each and every day.  During the COVID-19 pandemic, Angela organized and implemented a successful drive-through meal pick-up system that got food out to our county’s most vulnerable children, who would have gone hungry if not for her efforts.  She does all of this with a smile and a great attitude, and she is a true blessing to Colusa County.  The Colusa County Office of Education is grateful for all that Angela does!
