Here are some very basic computer troubleshooting tips that may help you to solve a computer problem.  1) Reboot the computer.   Most software problems reside in the computers memory, by turning the computer off and then turning it back on, your computer gets a fresh starting point.  2) Check the cables to make sure that everything is connected firmly in the back of the computer.  Sometimes cables wiggle loose from your computer due to your environment.  3) If an error appears on the screen please write it down for tech support.  You can look for answers quickly on the internet with search engines.  4)  BACKUP YOUR DATA OFTEN TO ENSURE THAT YOU DO NOT LOOSE ANYTHING!
