Colusa Educators' Wide Area Network (CEWAN)

The Colusa County Office of Education (CCOE) extends to the far reaches of the county. With such a vast area and such a variety of services to provide, there is a key element that allows us to stay in touch; Technology.

Everything from fax machines to computer networking allows for us to communicate with each other. Colusa Educators' Wide Area Network (CEWAN) is a consortium built in collaboration with Colusa, Maxwell, Pierce, Williams school districts and the CCOE to provide better communication between its entities and the world. CEWAN has built a high speed network in all schools throughout the county in hopes of bringing the world digitally to students in their classrooms.

CEWAN serves as the Internet Service Provider for all schools, school districts, and programs within the CCOE. The network which connects all schools to CCOE allows for file sharing, network printing, and E-Mail.
